BOAO Forum for Asia Annual Conference 2014 was held from April 8 to 10 in Boao, Hainan. BFA set the theme of this Annual Meeting as “Asia’s New Future: Identifying New Growth Drivers”. The Annual Conference drew attention. Personages in political, business and academic circles from countries and regions of Asia and the world attended the conference. Premier LI Keqiang of China, the host country, was invited to attend the Annual Conference. At the opening plenary of the Annual Conference Premier LI Keqiang made a keynote speech.
After 4 days of various forms of in-depth exchanges and ideological collision, the participants of all sectors deepened their understanding of a series of issues relating to the new future of Asia, reached a number of consensuses, and secured many intents of cooperation. These achievements made this Annual Conference a grand event of thought exchange to discuss about the development of Asia, which will have a lasting positive impact on and promotion for the mutual cooperation between all countries and regions in Asia for jointly building a new Asia.
CEE has been one of the Gold Partners of the BOAO Forum for Asia for 3 consecutive years. During this Annual Conference CEE was invited to attend the China-Russian Energy and Finance Dialogue.
